B2C Email Campaign Copywriting, On

On is the world’s fastest growing running brand. Founded in Zurich, Switzerland, it now operates in 50 countries and its shoes and apparel are used by three million runners around the world.

What was needed?

In the build up to Christmas, On commissioned Nota Bene Copywriting to produce a series of customer emails designed to build awareness and excitement in its product range and - crucially - generate sales in the year’s key trading period. It also needed copy for other emails in its marketing funnel, including campaigns aimed at ‘abandoned basket’ shoppers and messages to introduce new or limited edition products.
