Head of Editorial, Rio 2016 Paralympic Games

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is the global governing body of the Paralympic Movement. Its purpose is to organise the summer and winter Paralympic Games, and act as the International Federation for ten sports.

What was needed?

Nota Bene Copywriting founder Neil Barraclough was appointed the IPC’s head of editorial for the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games. Working from the Barra Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro, this role involved steering a team of reporters during the Games and editing all website content to ensure consistency in style, tone, approach and news values.
