What was needed?
As part of a series of thought leadership initiatives, Carat commissioned us to produce an in-depth report on the trends shaping the global travel industry. Drawing on our journalism experience, we interviewed Carat’s in-house experts and built on Carat’s existing research to produce a 4,000-word, 22-page document.
The final report – Navigating the Experience Economy: Travel Trends – was launched through a Dentsu Aegis announcement.
It drove new enquiries, positioned Carat as credible experts, and strengthened the company's position with its existing clients.
